Reason for treatment:
cracks on the blind area surface;
subsidence of the blind area;
zamokanie basement walls.
Problem: as a result of the survey of the ground by dynamic sensing, voids up to 10 cm were found under the blind area, and the foundation backfill soil was loose.
Goal: stabilization of the ground at the base of the blind area around the perimeter of the house with a basement.
Completed works:
filling of cavities under the blind area and along the basement walls;
compaction of backfill soil to the basement floor level;
stabilization of light pits;
leveling of the blind area.

Scope of work: 80.2 m2 of blind area slabs.
