Premium Technologies methods
thanks to modern methods of Premium Technologies technology, it has become possible to strengthen the ground of the base and align structures with an accuracy of one millimeter. Lifting of structures is always carried out under the control of ultra-precise equipment, which eliminates any negative consequences
The DEEP STABILIZATION method
Individual selection of materials and technical solutions for a specific project

Premium Technologies DEEP STABILIZATION geopolymer injection technique is used to strengthen the ground and lift foundations, wall foundations, and other elements of buildings and infrastructure structures that have deformations and precipitation due to geological processes, natural aging, or design and construction errors. This method can be used for both private homes and industrial facilities at different stages of construction, as well as during the operation of the facility without stopping technological processes.

DEEP STABILIZATION is an innovative method that relies on the expansive action resulting from a chemical reaction when mixing two geopolymer components. Geopolymers have high strength and resistance to dynamic loads and environmental influences.

The DEEP STABILIZATION method consists in the point introduction of a two-component geopolymer resin into the soil thickness. As a result of the chemical reaction, the Premium Technologies material increases in volume up to 30 times, filling voids and displacing moisture from the pores. As a result of the chemical reaction, the material expands, thereby compacting the soil of the base, which increases its strength and stability. Using Premium Technologies DEEP STABILIZATION technology, it is possible to lift parts of sagging buildings and structures.

DEEP STABILIZATION can be used in the following cases::
Advantages of this method
Slab LIFTING method
Stabilization and lifting of planar reinforced concrete structures

Premium Technologies SLAB LIFTING geopolymer injection method is used to fill voids and lift sagging floor slabs.

SLAB LIFTING uses geopolymer materials inserted under the floor slab to fill the void and level the floor structure. Unlike the DEEP STABILIZATION method, which is used for deep injection and lifting of foundations of buildings and structures, SLAB LIFTING is used for lifting and leveling planar structures. The maximum lifting height can be up to 30 cm.

The geopolymer injection process begins by drilling holes in a specific area of the floor. Then, a special two-component geopolymer resin is introduced under the plate, using aluminum packer tubes of Ø12 mm. When the components are mixed, a chemical reaction occurs, as a result of which the material expands, thereby filling the void and raising the floor slab to a given mark. The lifting process is controlled by laser equipment. This method allows you to quickly and effectively correct the unevenness of the floor, without compromising its integrity.

SLAB LIFTING is used to correct uneven and sagging floors in various types of buildings and structures, including:

SLAB LIFTING can also be used in cases where traditional floor lifting methods are ineffective or impractical.

Column INJECTION method
Geopolymer piles as an alternative to traditional solutions

The geopolymer injection method COLUMN INJECTION is used to strengthen ground bases and create strong support for buildings, structures and engineering systems on them. It is used in cases where it is necessary to increase the load-bearing capacity of the soil base, eliminate uneven precipitation, strengthen weak or damaged areas of the soil, and also reduce the likelihood of future damage and deformations. Geopolymer piles are an excellent alternative to traditional methods of strengthening the base in difficult soils. The COLUMN INJECTION method allows you to build a reliable foundation even in the presence of watered and peat horizons. The technology allows you to perform work under an already built house, and is suitable for all types of structures.

The method consists in injecting a base of a special composition into the soil, which after polymerization forms a strong geopolymer column. During the work, injection pipes in a kevlar shell are introduced into the ground to a depth of up to 6 meters, and a special geopolymer composition is introduced into them. After that, the material in the shell expands and hardens, forming a solid pile. The hardened material has a high load-bearing capacity, and increases the calculated resistance of the surrounding soil.

COLUMN INJECTION is used for the construction and repair of various objects, including buildings, bridges, roads, airfields, tunnels, and other structures. It is also used in geotechnical engineering to strengthen slopes, support dams, and solve other engineering problems related to the foundations of the soil.

The BENEFIL method
Lightweight filling of cavities, spaces and containers

The BENEFIL method is used for sealing, lifting lowered floors and supporting structures, as well as for filling large hollow spaces. In this case, BENEFIL aminoplast foams of various stiffnesses or BENEFIL geopolymer resin are used.

The BENEFIL method allows you to quickly and efficiently carry out the conservation of old sewers, pipelines and mines, without violating existing building codes. This is a great alternative to flooding with water or pouring concrete. The polymer composition used for preserving cavities has a low specific gravity, and at the same time has high strength. The warehouse can be pumped even in hard-to-reach areas, avoiding excavation work.

BENEFIL rigid foam is used to raise lowered floors and support structures, as well as to fill voids near roads. After the foam is inserted under the surface of the concrete base, it expands and hardens, creating a strong and stable support for the structure.

BENEFIL resin is used for injection into the soil. The method is used to prevent or limit damage when there is a risk of subsidence or leaching. The resin allows you to glue and compact loose soil consisting of sand or gravel, and create a strong load-bearing surface.

The material is pumped under pressure, and a working station with a solution reserve can be located within a radius of up to 100 m from the injection site. During operation, the solution expands several times in volume, completely filling technical voids.

The STATI-CAL method
Our official partner for crack repair and wall reinforcement

Stati-Cal is a technology used to repair cracks in masonry. It is based on a special mixture that includes gypsum, cement, sand and other components. This mixture has high strength and flexibility, which allows it to effectively fill cracks and prevent further destruction of walls. Stati-Cal is designed for use in the renovation of all types of brick and stone buildings, including both historical and modern, as well as private and public buildings.

The repair technology consists of system components used in various combinations depending on the technical solution of the engineering task. The Stati-Cal strategy is based on the fact that each building is exposed to certain deformations during operation, which occur for a variety of different reasons. The use of spiral anchors of a special design in the repair of cracks and damage in masonry allows you to stabilize and securely connect the masonry elements, preserving their natural elasticity and ability to perceive and transmit loads that occur during the operation of the building.

Stati-Cal technology can be used in the following cases::

This technology has a number of advantages over traditional repair methods, such as no need for additional equipment, a faster and easier process, and the ability to use indoors without harming people’s health.
